Rick and I are empty nesters, we have two grandsons and they keep us hopping. They also keep us employed as we could not afford to spoil them any other way. We have a 19 year old cat, Queen of the house. Well she thinks she is anyway. We have been married for 20 years and live north of Denver in a small community, much like my home town Bayfield Colorado. My husband and I both have been working for the same company for 29 years.

I spent most of my school years in Bayfield (North of Durango Colorado) 1st grade thru semester of my Jr year. I moved to Longmont my Jr. year, was in Longmont High's district but chose to go to Skyline. Not sure what made me choose Skyline over Longmont, maybe because it was a brand new School. Boy is was so nice. It was difficult moving up here that late in your High School Years. My graduating class down there was something like 35-40 kids, up here it was over 350 if I remember right. That was very traumatic, needless to say I did not make a lot of friends before graduation. But the friends I did made were the best and I thank all of you for welcoming the new kid on the block.
